Appropriately implement visionary e-services vis-a-vis strategic web-readiness.
Compellingly embrace empowered e-business after user friendly intellectual capital. Interactively actualize front-end processes with effective convergence. Synergistically deliver performance based methods of empowerment whereas distributed expertise.
Ryan Paul
Owner
Ryan has over 14 years of strong leadership between ship/dock/industrial maintenance and superintendence. As a superintendent Ryan’s responsibilities were to arrange for the maximum use of vessel space and cargo movement, including arrangements that take into account the port’s loading facilities the number of cranes, the availability of dock space and scheduling by shippers or recipients, based on shipper’s manifests and considers the physical condition of the ship and the effect on the ship’s stability of the cargo that awaits loading. In the early part of his shipping career, he was a rigger and would rig various pieces of equipment on ships, off ships and throughout the interior of ships utilizing chain-falls, nylon straps, shackle and beam clamps while exercising good judgment in load handling, placement of equipment, machinery and material while working with minimum supervision. He has a vast knowledge in the lock out/tag out procedure and systems; able to develop, submit, and / or close out tag outs, to include verification and concurrence of all tag out requirements necessary to safely perform work. Through Ryan’s industrial experience he can also provide leadership, coordination, guidance, and direction to the functional project leads to ensure that the work being performed enables successful and efficient construction of a vessel or plant project with focus on milestone achievements and cost and schedule performance, proactive deck plate management to identify, mediate, and resolve craft specific production work sequence, material and information issues related to constraints that effect performance to cost and schedule, maintain a daily presence regarding the work in progress to monitor safety, housekeeping, work progress, and performance and continuous management of project labor and/or subcontractors executing work, conduct craft meetings, safety meetings and participate in lead meetings as deemed appropriate according to facility requirements.
COO
Greg has over 30 years of leadership experience between his time in the United States Marine Corps, retail management and ship building and maintenance. During his career he has Maintained a daily presence regarding the work in progress to monitor safety, housekeeping, work progress, and performance and continuous management of labor and/or subcontractors executing work. Managed and assumed responsibility for countless projects and assignments from planning to execution while providing appropriate work status updates, coordinate with scheduler, project managers and coordinators to lay out planned work including all checkpoints and test requirements, ensure the work in progress is in accordance with the published schedule sequence and that production schedules are reasonable and achievable, Perform validation of status reporting against the actual work being performed to ensure accuracy of reporting functions, ensure compliance with quality procedures and documents while maintaining project documentation to completion, monitor and ensure compliance with the contract requirements, monitor and ensure required compliance with regulatory body and classification society guides, rules, and regulations, maintained daily communication and interaction with the Project Lead and or customer to report status and concerns and have the ability to initiate and follow through with required variance analyses and associated corrective action plans, monitor and validate resource requirements for actuals against planned work in progress, monitor and validate use of rework and lessons learned processes and initiatives to promote continuous improvement, prepared and maintained documents which depict an accurate detailed work scope necessary for task bid request and task execution requirements including all exit criteria to successfully close out the project. Greg has proactive project management skills to identify and resolve, material and information issues to allow work to progress to plan and contract and maintain a daily presence regarding the work in progress to monitor safety, housekeeping, work progress, and performance and continuous management of labor and/or subcontractors executing work.
